Schematically presented, this was a
two building masonry block complex. Newstrom-Davis was
selected as the Construction Manager/General Contractor to
work with the Architect to design build and value engineer
the project to fit the County's budget. Through our value
engineering process, we provided a project well within budget and
added a third building and an enclosed heated wash bay. The
County's selection committees selected NDCC because of our
extensive experience and knowledge in detention facilities.
The equipment's requirements were unique and sophisticated as
those of a detention facility. Project completed in 1990.
